Private Residence – Residential

Following a fire, the owners elected to demolish their duplex residential dwelling and construct a new single-family house. We provided design services, assisted the owner with approvals and permitting, and constructed the new house. The house includes an accessible entrance, wide hallways and doorways, and an accessible shower to accommodate the physically disabled owner.
