Express Care – New Construction

The owner selected us to construct a new 5,000 sf medical office building from the ground up. The tight job site required a very detailed coordination of the work. Some activities that are typically performed concurrently with each other had to be scheduled separately due to limited job site access and safety concerns.

Work included:

• Demolition of a residential dwelling
• Site improvements including stormwater management
• Building shell construction
